Forest soup mix I foraged and harvested from my own garden and forest. This soup blend contains wild dried Chanterelle mushrooms or “Horn of Plenty” mushrooms, both considered culinary delicacies and only found in the wild. I found them on my walks through the forest, cleaned them and dried them. Additionally, I added organic dried herbs from my garden: Lovage, Chives, Parsley, Basil, Calendula and dill.
Use this blend to spice up your soup with a bit of wild mushroom taste. Use the whole bag to create a delicious mushroom soup by adding creme, potatoes, salt and pepper.
The dried mushrooms need to be soaked in water, they will become soft and ready to use! See the picture for reference. Only two bags available, since these blends are extra bags from my personal harvest of this season.
Although these herbs are used in the kitchen please make sure that you do not have allergies to any of the herbs listed above.
