Forest tea that I foraged and harvested from my own garden. I drink this tea when I want to feel calm and relaxed, or when I am thinking too much and I feel worried.
This tea is a blend of Lemon Balm, Linden, Heather, St. Johns Worth, Camomille and Lavender. Use 1.0 gram or a teaspoon per cup of tea, you can make it stronger if you want. This bag is for approx. 8 to 10 teacups.
Only three blends available, since these teas are extra bags from my personal harvest of this season.
Although these herbs are used in the kitchen and as teas by many peoples around the world please make sure that you do not have allergies to any of the herbs listed above.
